D'Ette Owen

D'Ette has been in Real Estate for 25+ years. Her love for people and helping them through big transitions naturally fit with her love for helping people build generational wealth. (She especially loved the perk of adding to her collection of friends from the long list of clients!)

After being in production for a few years, she moved into team leadership and has assisted her team members to achieve their business and personal goals. (In 2019, this translated to over 400 transactions for about 20 team members, both full and part time.) Upon receiving requests, she then expanded her reach to agents outside of her team, sharing her knowledge & wisdom from her expansive career. 

Finally, D’Ette found herself assisting small business owners in creating and growing their businesses as well. “The concepts are the same, regardless of the label on the business.”

Her passion to bring great leadership for others to benefit helped to drive her acquisition of a variety of training certifications. This included John Maxwell, Dave Ramsey, MAPS and more.

As a committed Christian, she delights in seeing God work in and through her businesses as well as the lives and businesses of those she coaches. “It is a privilege to come alongside brothers or sisters who want to glorify God in the businesses He has provided them. THAT is when we truly see the blessings of God and impact for the Kingdom.”

Jaimee Higgins

Jaimee partnered with D’Ette at Successfully Yours in 2024 — though their collaboration began long before that. Since 2013, Jaimee has worked alongside D’Ette in real estate, serving in a variety of roles including Office Manager, Event Planner, and Transaction Coordinator. She thrives as a steady, anchoring presence behind the scenes. While D’Ette may be considered “front of house,” Jaimee is confidently “back of house” — ensuring operations run smoothly and details never fall through the cracks.

Giving back in meaningful ways has always been important to Jaimee. After experiencing open-heart surgery herself, she served for several years on the American Heart Association Alaska Chapter Go Red for Women Luncheon board. She has also had the privilege of serving with numerous local Alaskan faith-based organizations and deeply values the power and impact of volunteerism.

Born and raised in Alaska, Jaimee is proud to call Anchorage home, where she lives with her husband, Tyler (married in 2013), and their son, Bennie (born in 2025). After graduating high school, she attended Capernwray Bible School in Lancashire, England, part of the Torchbearers program.

Jaimee is passionate about guiding people through major life transitions and helping families build generational wealth. As a follower of Jesus, she finds deep joy in witnessing the ways God works through her life and business — faithfully providing new beginnings and opportunities year after year.
